Bean, Spinach, Tomato Stew, with Chicken Thighs and a sprinkling of Parmesan. Served with Asparagus. (Not pretty looking, but very tasty)
children’s Pho, with just meat, noodles, and broth, in bed – because i feel like a victorian child dying of plague (i have the flu and i can’t keep anything down)
